Speroni is one of the leading water pump manufacturers in the world. Founded in 1946 by Giuseppe Speroni, Speroni pumps can be found in over 120 countries around the world. With it’s global reach, decades of expertise, and dedication to quality, Speroni’s wide range of pumps covers most applications, including booster pumps, transfer pumps, engine pumps, jockey pumps, and fire pumps.

Made in Italy, Naturalmente

With it’s headquarters and factory (42,000 sqm) in Italy, Speroni gives users the pump expertise that Italians are known for. Ever since Ancient Rome, Italians have been making devices to transfer water from one area to another. Roman aqueducts pierce through the European landscape, bringing water from thousands of miles away to quench the thirst of bustling cities. With this heritage, it is no wonder that most of the best pump makers in the world hail from Italy.

Speroni furthers this heritage by combining ever-improving design with manufacturing expertise. Speroni’s team of 150 collaborators have helped the company achieve over EUR 52 million in turnover.

Peripheral Pumps

Peripheral pumps are small, affordable pumps that can be used for boosting applications. Speroni peripheral pumps are self-priming, with suction of 7 meters (21 feet), can achieve pressures up to 5.8 bar (85 psi), have a capacity of  up to 50 liters per minute, and range from 375 – 750 watts (1/2 – 1 hp).

Jet Pumps

Jet pumps are the workhorse of residential pumps. A familiar sight to most homeowners, jet pumps can be used for boosting and transfer applications. Speroni jet pumps are self-priming, with suction of 7 meters (21 feet), can achieve pressures up to 5.8 bar (85 psi), have a capacity of up to 160 liters per minute, and range from 375 – 1,500 watts (1/2 – 2 hp).

Convertible and Deep Well Pumps

Deep well pumps are needed for wells that range from 20 to 200 feet. Convertible pumps are shallow well pumps that can be converted to deep well pumps with the use of an ejector and adaptor. Speroni deep well pumps and convertible pumps are self-priming, with suction of up to 50 meters (150 feet), can achieve pressures up to 5.8 bar (85 psi), have a capacity of up to 100 liters per minute, and range from 600 – 1,500 watts (3/4 – 2 hp).

Pump Protector

Speroni’s pump protectors safeguards your pump. When it senses that there is no water, it turns off the pump to prevent dry-running, a condition that can burn the pump’s motor. The Speroni pump protector has the following features:

Automatically turns pump off when no water is detected

Automatically checks for water, and turns pump on when water is detected

If water is available, acts as the pump controller, automatically turning the pump on when a faucet is open and turns the pump off when the faucet is closed. This also negates the need for a separate pressure switch

Can be used with pumps up to 8 bar (116 psi)

Speronipak

The Speronipak is an all-in-one booster system that includes a Speroni pump, a Pressure Wave pressure tank, and a Marina pump protector. Designed to be plug and play, the Speronipak is easy to install- just connect the pipes, prime the pump, and plug into the outlet. The Speronipak gives you the same benefits of a pressure tank and pump protector, including automatic pump operation and dry run protection.

Centrifugal Pumps

Speroni centrifugal pumps can be used for the following applications: fire pumps (non-UL), booster pumps, and transfer pumps. It can be used with clean water and other chemically and mechanically non-aggressive liquids. It’s special design allows pullout of the motor and rotary parts of the pump and subsequent re-assuembly without having to remove the pump body or the pipes connected to it.

Speroni Pumps in Constant Pressure Systems

Speroni pumps can also be installed in constant pressure systems. With constant pressure systems, users have a better experience, avoiding the pressure drop usually seen when other faucets are opened. In addition, the energy savings are significant, allowing for a positive return on investment as soon as one year in certain cases.
