Last night, November 14, 2012 was the first game day of the first-ever Bestank Badminton Cup with representative Level A teams from G&W Architects, Engineers, Project Developments Consultants, F.L.Figueroa and Associates, Phinma Properties and WV Coscolluela & Associates.

Competition was fast-paced and fierce with Team G&W (Richard Garcia/Chito Ranay) coming out on top with a 4-0 win slate, securing the first finals slot, close behind was the sibling team from Team F.L. Figueroa (Derrick Figueroa/Andrew Figueroa) with a 3-1 win slate, grabbing the second finalist slot, incidentally, Team F.L. Figueroa’s only loss was at the hands of Team G&W.

Both teams edged out equally powerful teams from Team Phinma Properties (Bonnrelly Atienza/Romulus Ramos), Team WV Coscolluela (Jonathan Amugod/Ronald Aguilera), Team Bestank (Melvin Dimzon/Edison Faigao).

Twice to beat Powerhouse Team G&W (Ranay/Garcia) faces off with the Quick n’ Slick Team Figueroa (Derrick/Andrew) on December 5, 2012, 6:00pm at Shuttlemaster Badminton Courts in Sta. Ana for the Level A finals of the first Bestank Badminton Cup.

Level B entrants from F.L. Figueroa, Jonathan Gan & Associates, WV Coscoluella and Meinhardt meet up on November 21, 2012 at Shuttlemaster Badminton Courts, competition starts at 6:00pm, see you there!
