Features

It consists of a high frequency self-priming double impeller pump, management inverter electronics, pressure and flow sensors, adjustable high resolution LCD display with 1/4 gallon built-in expansion vessel, and cartridge check valve. The double suction and delivery ports allow both vertical and horizontal installation.

Thanks to its compact sizes, installation is also possible in difficult places without high air exchange. The E.SYWALL wall bracket allows wall installation, saving even more room.

DAB E.SYBOX Max

 

DAB E.SYBOX Max is an integrated pumping system for pressurization in commercial building service. Available in two power sizes, it consists of modular elements that allow different configurations to cover the needs of medium/large condominiums and high buildings (even over 14 floors).

Each unit consists of the single, double or triple connection base and the pumping units; a four-pumps system is available with the additional kit to
connect two double bases.

The modular construction allows to assemble the pumping groups directly at the installation site (O.S.A. concept). The silence and compactness of dimensions allow installation in all rooms, even inhabited.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES OF THE PUMP
Electronic vertical multi-impeller pump, with display, pressure sensors on intake and delivery, non-return valve on delivery and an integrated expansion tank. Pump body and impellers in techno-polymer with steel jacket.

WORKS WITH DCONNECT
It is possible to configure and view the operating parameters on the large E.SYBOX MAX display or thanks to the DConnect app and the integrated Wi-Fi module, it is possible to do it remotely with an active DConnect service (an Internet connection is required).

From a smartphone or a tablet it is possible to control and manage system pressure, alarms and check the instantaneous and historical consumption.
With DSync technology, the user experience of DAB E.SYBOX Max is simplified. Using their smartphone or tablet, the installer interfaces with the pump that automatically detects the language, the time and the unit of measurement used in the Country of installation. In the case of a booster set, once the installation of the first pump is completed, the E.SYBOX MAX automatically synchronize the other pumps. The DSync also allows you to connect the pump to the outside world, through the Modbus protocol.

DAB E.SYDOCK is used to mount the DAB E.SYBOX for easier installs and servicing.

For systems where you want to pipe up the system now and install the pump later or where you want to be able to change the pump easily or remove it for maintenance or servicing.

The suction and discharge 1″ ¼ NPT connection can be made at either side of the dock or on the same side to make piping up the dock as easy as possible.

DAB E.SYTWIN

 

DAB E.SYTWIN is used to be able to mount two (2) DAB E.SYBOX units side by side for systems where either a larger flow or a where stand-by pump is required.

The suction and discharge 1″ ¼ NPT connection can be made at either side of the dock or on the same side to make piping up the dock as easy as possible.

DAB Active Driver Plus

 

 

The DAB Active Driver Plus are inverters used for the control of hydraulic pumps. They are applicable to domestic, industrial, and agricultural constant pressure pumping systems.

The OLED display offers an extremely simple and intuitive graphic interface. Displaying or changing any parameters is extremely simple, which in turn also simplifies maintenance.

Installation is also very easy: the installation wizard asks the user for the parameters required for the configuration.

DAB Active Driver Plus inverters provide a reduction of electric consumption, thanks to the inverter technology, whilst at the same time ensuring maximum comfort thanks to the constant pressure. They are extremely versatile, as they do not require external sensors and non-return valves. There is in-fact a built-in pressure sensor, a flow switch, and a non-return valve.

DAB MCE-P

 

The DAB MCE/P is the leading edge of the DAB Inverters family and are ideal for professional and very severe applications. They can drive pumps of up to 15 kW (~20Hp). These units combine the simplicity with the robust design and power of an inverter drive.

MCE/P units are mounted on the pump, and are equipped with pressure sensors and the optional flow sensors as required. The use of a flow sensor, moreover, allows a better pressure regulation.

The MCE/P can easily be set up in booster sets, thanks to a standard wire cable connection.

Comfort, energy saving, protections and simplicity are the keywords of this professional series.
